I wasn’t searching for a “word for 2022” this year. But as I studied and sought the Lord, I felt Him illuminate the word “LIFE.” This word seemed broad and general, but He quickly began to reveal the depth of God’s heart behind the word. My journey began with a conversation within our family about speaking life over people and situations. Proverbs 18:21 gives a biblical perspective on the power of the words we speak. “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.”
